#Giveaway | 10 Books Tag (Closed)

When I saw this post going around, I listed down right away the 10 books that stayed with me all this time. The rule is you don’t have to think long and hard about it.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (#1 Harry Potter Series) by J.K Rowling — This is where the magic begins. I don’t think I need to say more.
Breaking Dawn (#4 The Twilight Saga) by Stephenie Meyer — Aside from the fact that I really love Twilight, I’m also having fun annoying people who hate it so much. HAHAHA! No matter how much you think this is a shit novel, this saga still was a hit.
All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven — “The rules of geocaching say “take something, leave something”. The way I figure it, we stand to get something out of each place, so why not give something back? Also, it’s a way to prove we’ve been there, and a way to leave a part of us behind.” It was one hell of an adventure. MY HEART STILL ACHES.
Holding Up the Universe by Jennifer Niven — I know. Another Jennifer Niven. This stayed with me because of the prosopagnosia case. I couldn’t believe such disorder exists. Also, I used to ask a friend: “How bad was it last night?”. Then, Mel came and we are now like, “How are you holding up?” It always reminds me of this book.
Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover — This is too realistic that everyone can relate. In. So. Many. Ways. It’s a true slap on the face.
Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone — What a plot twist. Also, it includes poetry. You gotta love it.
Hourglass (#3 The Evernight Series) by Claudia Gray — I love this fantasy world so much. It is more than a “vampire story”. Claudia has her way in twisting things into the most unimaginable scenes possible. I can still hear myself when I screamed at the book: WHYYYYYYY???
Suicide Notes by Michael Thomas Ford — very sensitive but funny in its own way. It always depends on how you’re gonna take each scenario.
Our Chemical Hearts by Krystal Sutherland — this is more than your boy-meets-girl-who-both-needs-saving type of story. It is faaar more than that. You can read my review of it here.
Daddy Long Legs by Jean Webster — this book has my childhood and my dream to become a writer.

Now, you probably see why I want to stay away from YA books as much as possible now. I already spent half of my life dedicating so much time on them. I think I need to explore new genres.

So with that, I’ll be giving away some of my books. Remember when I hoarded books at the end of 2016? They are still unread up to this day 😦 I don’t think I will still read them. They need better care.

I will only be giving away two (2) books, though. ~~(I will donate or sell some of them. I’m still thinking about it.)~~ But if you like to join, you just have to comment what your current read is and what do you think of the book so far.

There will only be one (1) winner of these two books: Morgan Matson’s Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour and Second Chance Summer.

The giveaway ends next month, February 20th. This is for Philippine residents only. (I still don’t know how to ship worldwide 흑흑) I will let a friend choose the winner so it’s not a bias decision.

Also, maybe this is an attempt to minimalism. I don’t think I will ever be a minimalist but I will try—in my own little ways.
