This is just a random thought I had while watching the sunset by the bay.

If there is something you need to know about me is that I LOVE THE WATER. The sea? The rain? Yes. They are all so therapeutic to me. So, when I found out that I am an air sign, I’m just like uhm, no. Sure, I love abstract and reasoning but I am more intuitive than logical on a daily basis. (Anyway, more of this on another blog post)

So, I was enjoying watching the lake when the wind blew hard. I sent a message to Mel saying my element was welcoming me. I realized then how much I love the wind, too. I immediately noticed how the surface of the water just go with the wind—it does not resist. I thought, this is literally going with the flow.

Most of us are like that, aren’t we? Going with the flow, at least in the surface. We all have this facade; a mask; a barrier; a wall or whatever you want to call it. But, underneath the water, there is wild life—there are chaos that we, people of the land, can’t see. There are whirlpools as well (like black holes on Earth). It is visible to us but we can’t do something about it. It’s like the water is going through self-sabotage. We bottle it all in until we can no longer take it. We create havoc on ourselves.

I haven’t really given this much thought aside from this angle. I am still thinking of other factors that make the water destructive, like, earthquakes. Maybe in some other posts, when I’m no longer a turmoil myself.

The waters are really beautiful, dangerously beautiful—like we are.

Isn’t it amazing how we are mostly consist of water and that the universe is within us? As above so below ✨
